cross-mix
crossover/mixer
The cross-mix is the result of my XO Crossover Bass Distortion but without the distortion and equalization circuits in a smaller 125B enclosure. It is basically a "biamp in a box" and contains the same active Linkwitz-Riley crossover with a variable frequency range of 100hz- 1khz,  and the same two channel mixer as the XO.

This pedal allows you to send each of it's outputs to an external overdrive, distortion, chorus, filter or compressor, and return them back into the two channel mixer. Both of the crossover outputs (on the right) feature switching jacks in the event that you if don't use them, it returns the signal directly back into the mixer, so for example if you just want to use a distortion on the highs and not effect the lows, the low crossover output doesn't require an extra cable to loop in into the mixer's low input. This pedal does not have a dip at the crossover point which I have found that many other manufacturer's crossover pedals exhibit. SFX Sound used to offer a similar pedal called the X&M but in a larger 1590BB enclosure but I never had the chance to try one. I have heard comments that their version did have a dip at the crossover point, but I personally can't verify that.

The latest version also includes a phase switch for the high output in the event that one of the pedals in to loop are out of phase with each other.

This pedal contains a charge pump and should ONLY be run at 9 volts.

It is completely hand-made comes in a 125B with the input, output and DC jacks on the top, and the send and returns of the crossover/mixer on the sides.

Since it's such a tight fit in 125B with 6 jacks, I'm only going offer 5 of them for order. Please allow an approximate 1-2 week build time.
