Sub-Blaster
An Ampeg Sub-Blaster octave clone in a 1590B with top jacks
The long discontinued Ampeg Sub-Blaster was my favorite octave down pedal (and many othersfeel that way too). It was made in very limited numbers. Even the reissues are nearly impossible to find these days and are VERY expensive when you do (some selling for $900!). They came in a fairly large, bulky and heavy enclosure (3lbs!). My version is in a much smaller, pedalboard friendly 1590B2 enclosure with all top jacks (Lumberg), has anodized aluminum knobs and  a relayed true bypass. Using the factory schematic, I designed, etched and tin plated my own PCB for it. Due to the complexity of the build, and the rarity of some of the now discontinued components, I am only going to offer one more of this version for sale This is a hand made pedal and I have been building basses and pedals since 1975.
