With Saturn V's no longer being available new from Spaceman, and used ones selling for $350-450 (much more than the new Saturn VI that replaced it), I decided to sell one of my exact clones of one. The best way to describe the Spaceman Saturn V is a harmonic booster, though it generally defies concrete categorization. Harmonic enhancement and low-gain boost is the name of the game with this unique pedal, with just Boost and Drive controls to enhance your tone or push it up +18dB of boost. I love the sound of this pedal with all of my basses which makes it easy to understand why these are in so much demand.
My version comes in a smaller 1590B enclosure with ALL top jacks with a soft click relayed true bypass (the originals came in a larger 125B with all side jacks and had a standard 3PDT clicking bypass. I am only offering ONE of these for sale.
My pedals are completely hand-made by myself and made in very limited quantities. I prep & polish the enclosures, acid etch or custom label them, etch and drill my own PCBs, mount & hand solder all of the components and wire and test them before they ship, making them a truly hand-made boutique pedal. Nothing is farmed out.
