This is my clone of the now sold out Spaceman Equinox Pultec style equalizer. Spaceman limited production to only 222 units so if you missed out on them, here's you chance to get one, but this one is in a much smaller 125B enclosure with all top jacks has a few added improvements. The original was $399 +shipping and came in a HUGE 1590XX with side jacks. I also think that the 125B's control layout is easier to understand and navigate. This one has Lumberg 1/4" and DC jacks and almost ALL WIMA film capacitors (see gut shot).
The original requires 18 volts, but this one has an internal charge pump to allow it to run on a standard 9 volt power supply and it draws only 3 ma. It also has ALL top jacks (the original has all side jacks). I am only going to ONE of these (the one pictured). USE ONLY A 9 VOLT CENTER NEGATIVE POWER SUPPLY.
I own one of the originals and compared this one to it and it sounds exactly the same.
