The Crush is a very unusual fuzz designed for bass that's has of an infinite number of tones. It can go from a smooth bass fuzz to a slightly enveloped synthy-sounding fuzz with octave up overtones and a hint of brass (trumpet?!!!) and anywhere in between. The "Tone", "Fuzz" and "Saturate" controls are interactive, yet intuitive to dial in. Depending on where you set them, it can sound bassy, scooped, midrangey, or even thin and bright. I've never built, played thru or offered a fuzz as unique as this one to date. My pedals are completely hand-made by myself and made in very limited quantities. Nothing is farmed out., It comes in a polished and etched 1590B with all top jacks with a standard true bypass The soundclip below demonstrates just some of it's capabilities, and was played (just noodling around) with a P bass with Fender 9050SL flatwounds thru an Ampeg SVT-7 pro & 215 cab recorded with a Zoom H4n.
