With original Klons going for ridiculous prices these days, I built this bass version in a polished and etched 1590B enclosure, with genuine Davies bakelite 1400 knobs, Lumber jacks, Alpha pots with a relayed true bypass. This pedal is the original circuit and uses the same components as the original 'gold' version with the exception of modding it for use with a bass and upgrading the chips to Burr-Brown OPA2134's, which I find to give a MUCH nicer distortion and a MUCH better overall tone with lower noise. It even has the correct and elusive new old stock 'magical' OA90 germanium clipping diodes. This version has a relayed soft click TRUE BYPASS, whereas the original Klon's had a buffered bypass with a standard 3PDT hard clicking switch. My pedals are 100% hand-made by myself and made in very limited quantities. Nothing is farmed out. ONLY ONE ORDER AVAILABLE.
